2. Delivery
Reports are delivered digitally within the timeframe stated at purchase, provided that complete and accurate birth information has been supplied.
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.
3. Accuracy of information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth details. Fifth House is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information supplied.
4. Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of the service, all purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If incorrect birth information is provided and work has not yet begun, amendments may be possible at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
